About
I practise on the civil side of the Guntur District Courts, with a focus on money suits, cheque dishonour prosecutions under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, and property disputes arising out of agreements of sale. Most of my work is trial work — evidence, cross-examination and written arguments — rather than appellate practice.
Over fourteen years I have built my practice around one habit: the case record decides the strategy, not the other way around. Every matter in my office runs on a complete, indexed record from day one, which is also why my clients receive hearing updates in Telugu on WhatsApp after every listing.
