My practice is criminal defence work before the City Criminal Courts, Nampally, and the sessions courts at Hyderabad — bail and anticipatory bail applications, remand representation, and defence at trial in offences ranging from property offences to matrimonial criminal law.
Bail practice is time practice. My office tracks every remand date and production date so that no client of mine spends a day longer in custody than the law requires. Families receive updates in Urdu or Telugu on WhatsApp after every hearing.
